Records held by the Clerk of Court, with some exception, are public records. Records include civil and criminal cases, marriage licenses, land records, judgments, etc. Materials that are confidential or may have been sealed by a Judge are not available to copy.

*All copies, certified or not, of criminal and civil case records will be sent to you by email.  Our office no longer mails paper copies.

Copies In Person

You may make copies using the public access terminals and copy machines provided in the public records room. Payment will be taken at the front counter of the Clerk's office.

Requesting Copies By Mail

Written requests must include a valid e-mail address, phone number, and a check for the correct amount made payable to: Clerk.

Requesting Copies By E-Mail

E-Mail requests must include a valid e-mail and phone number. A Clerk will contact you to inform you of the cost of your request. No copies will be sent without payment.
