[ARCHIVED] Fredericksburg Christmas Parade

christmas-parade-feature

The Fredericksburg Christmas Parade is a favorite community tradition in downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia. The event’s mission is to provide a traditional community celebration with a focus on safety and accessibility. Each year the parade fills with marching groups, decorated floats, music & dance performers and area businesses seeking to spread holiday cheer.

This year's theme is “A Futuristic Christmas.” The parade is FREE to attend, the public is invited. Bring your own chairs, wear walking shoes and dress for cold weather! It's a great time to enjoy a parade in downtown Fredericksburg.

The parade viewing area is along Caroline and Princess Anne Streets from Wolfe Street to Amelia Street.
