Complete Count Committee for 2020 Census

In April, the City Council resolved to support the 2020 Census effort by launching a Complete Count Committee (CCC). A CCC is a group of citizens and stakeholders organized with the purpose of ensuring all people are counted in the Census. The task of the City’s CCC is to educate and motivate Fredericksburg residents to participate in the census by distributing educational information about the census and planning activities for outreach.

The first meeting of the CCC is set for Monday September 16 at the Dorothy Hart Community Center from 7-8pm. At this meeting, Census Partnership Specialist, George Millsaps, will be present to advise the group on beginning this effort.

Volunteer for the Complete Count Committee! The Complete Count Committee will meet monthly at the Dorothy Hart Community Center from 7-8pm on the following dates.

  • November 18
