This Saturday, March 4th (weather permitting), representatives from the City of Fredericksburg and the Friends of the Rappahannock will be performing a joint cleanup effort to remove debris from the Rappahannock Canal between Fall Hill Avenue and Princess Anne Street. This work will involve removal of trash from the water and along the canal embankments and is not a public cleanup event. The Canal Path will remain open to the public throughout the day.
