The Area 10 Lafayette / South Route 1 area planning process is underway! The next planning event will be a community charrette held on October 15 at 210 Ferdinand Street in the 1st floor conference room. The charrette starts at 10 AM and will run until 3 PM. Small Area Plans set a vision for future land use and capital improvements in different areas of the City. These concepts will be discussed and developed at the community charrette.
