Mission

Fredericksburg Regional Transit's (FXBGO!) mission is to provide accessible, affordable, dependable, efficient, environmentally sound, and safe and secure transportation for people who reside or work or visit within the Fredericksburg Region.

FRED Central BusFXBGO! offers three types of service:

  • Standard fixed route weekday service.
  • Route deviation service.
  • Weekday morning and afternoon Virginia Railway Express (VRE) commuter service.
  • Eagle Express Service; including Friday late night, Saturday and Sunday service, centered on the University of Mary Washington during the academic year (late August through mid-May)
