Music-under-the-Stars-in-HurkampFredericksburg Parks, Recreation and Events Department organizes city-sponsored special events such as the Fredericksburg Christmas Parade and the Picnic in the Park Concerts. Additionally our special events team manages the Special Event Application and permitting for public outdoor events held in the City of Fredericksburg.
