File: Certified copy of your DMV record: no older than 2 weeks (available at the DMV)
File a letter from your employer, on company letterhead, which states: a. Days of the week you work b. Hours that you work c. If you must drive during work d. Travel time from work to home e. Address of employer
Pay all Restitution, Fines and costs owed to the Court or enter into a payment plan if applicable
You will receive a Court date upon filing
If applicable you will need a Court Ordered evaluation from VSAP. a. The Deputy Clerk will let you know if this is required b. You are responsible to make your VSAP appointment call: (540)-645-6310
You must appear at 9:00 am on your court date
