Recreation Commission Volunteer Banquet - The 25th Annual Recreation Commission Banquet was held November 17th at the Fredericksburg Hospitality House. The ceremony celebrated the many partnerships and contributions the department has received over the past year. Click here to read more and see the Awards List.

New to the Parks and Recreation Department this year is the addition of our Community Garden located in Cossey Botanical Garden on the corner of Grove Avenue and Littlepage Street. Garden plots will be available for city residents on a first come, first served basis. For more information download the Community Garden Brochure and Application.
