- Groups which are Fredericksburg based and whose specific purpose is to assist the indigent, mentally challenged, physically handicapped, etc., may have their fees waived for Motts Reservoir or other park requiring fees, or the community center during non prime time, when space is available.Such arrangements must be made in advance.
** Any organization that does not receive a full waiver (except for businesses or groups for profit) that would like to use the Community Center for a regular meeting during non-"prime time" may use it free of charge. "Prime Time" is defined as 7:00 - 9:00 pm Monday - Friday. These meetings can be held only once a month.

SPECIAL EVENT WAIVER POLICY
The following waiver policy is designed to facilitate special events in the City of Fredericksburg. Such events are defined as those that are not on-going tours, services or attractions, although any one of these may be part of a tourism special event.
- 1) Special event activities held in the city limits under the sponsorship of a City based non-profit organization and which are open to the general public, will receive a full waiver of all services, excluding security deposits.
- 2) Special event activities not held within the City limits will not be eligible for any waiver.
3) Special event activities held within the city limits under the sponsorship of a no-City based non-profit organization and which are open to the general public will receive ˝ waiver of all services, excluding security deposits.
