Parking Enforcement Goes High Tech

autoChalk is a vehicle-mounted system that employs a digital camera, GPS, and computer that records images of parked vehicles as the Parking Enforcement Officer (PEO) drives down the street at the posted speed limit. The goal of time-limit parking is to generate turnover of the parking space, which is crucial for successful commerce in the downtown district. Click on the image to learn more.
