Accessing Property Records

The City of Fredericksburg has a new system for searching our property records.  Information previously available on VAMANET can now be accessed via the City of Fredericksburg's public Geographic Information System, FredGIS.

Tools such as "buffer" to query information about multiple properties are provided in the FredGIS system.  Information queried can be exported easily into excel format. Please access the FredGIS Help Menu located at the top of the map page after entering the FredGIS system, or click HERE to learn more about efficient ways to access to your desired property information.

Tax information does not appear on this GIS system. Users may contact the Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue for the City of Fredericksburg or the Fredericksburg Treasurers Office to acquire this information.
