Plat Review/Approval

 

Plats are required to meet all the requirements per City Code Chapter 78 and are stamped when received and distributed to the department staff for review. Comments are to be sent to the Engineer firm after the thirty (30) day review process from the departments. Resubmission of plats from the Applicant/Engineer and a response letter along with any supporting documentation addressing the City comments is re-distributed to the Departments for review and comments. This revision review time frame is two (2) weeks and applies to all subsequent revision submissions. After all City comments have been addressed and the plat meets all applicable City Code requirements the plat is stamped with approval or the plat is signed off on by City Officials.

 

  • Requires Planning Commission or Administrative Approval by City Staff
  • Submit copy of recording receipt and deed to Building and Development Services Department from Clerk’s Office 
  • Distribute approval plat and recording receipt to Commissioner of Revenue and File
